DDR-Double Disc Refiner

ダブルディスクリファイナーは、最終製品のグレードに合うように可飽和リアクターを増加させて繊維特性を変更させる際に使用します。
ディスクはセクター状に配置されており、アプリケーションと処理を行う繊維に合わせて選択されています。
ディスクギャップはギアモータにより自動的に調整されます。

The function of DDR is to modify the fiber characteristics by increasing °SR and get it suitable according to the final paper grades.
Discs are arranged in sectors and chosen according to the application and the fiber to be treated.
Disc gap adjustment is automatic and by means of a gear motor.
